Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of VERDAXIS ("the Service"), operated by Bukhari Software LLC, 1707 N Maple Ave, Apt 112, Fresno, CA 93703, USA ("we", "us"). By requesting access or using the Service you agree to these Terms. Version 2026-10-18.

1. What the Service is

Verdaxis is a web-based research workspace for structuring trading ideas as hypotheses and running paper simulations of simple strategy templates on synthetic sample data.

The Service is provided for research, education and simulation. It does not connect to brokerage, exchange or wallet accounts, does not hold or transmit funds, does not execute orders, and does not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

2. Access

  • You need a working email address. Access is granted after you confirm it through a link we send.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your mailbox secure, because sign-in links are sent there.
  • The workspace described on the website is currently provided without charge. If we introduce paid features, we will publish the terms before they apply, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in violation of any law or regulation;
  • attempt to access other users' data or our systems without authorisation, probe or bypass security or rate limits;
  • submit automated or bulk sign-ups, or use the Service to send unsolicited messages;
  • upload malicious code or content that infringes others' rights;
  • present simulation results from the Service as real trading results, or use them to mislead others;
  • resell or re-host the Service without our written permission.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you enter (research notes, hypotheses, simulation settings, saved simulation runs and your written conclusions). You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and display it to you in order to run the Service. We do not use your content for any other purpose. You can export or delete it at any time.

5. Our content and intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, text, brand names and logos belong to Bukhari Software LLC or its licensors. You may use the Service for your own purposes. Articles on the website may be quoted with attribution and a link.

6. Data, models and third-party sources

Market data in the Service is synthetic sample data generated by documented models. Explanations are produced by published rules and, where enabled, by a third-party AI model; they may be incomplete or wrong. Links to third-party websites are provided for reference; we are not responsible for their content.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that interrupts the Service. We will try to give notice of significant changes. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

9. No advice; risk

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Simulated and hypothetical results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading. Read the Risk Disclosure before relying on anything you see in the Service. Any decision you make outside the Service is your own.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bukhari Software LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in that case they apply only as far as permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory protections. This clause is subject to legal review before launch.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with its date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
